Bigger than a Building: Celebrating a Team that will Inspire the Future

TCM's virtual conference, led by staff for staff, will strengthen institutional knowledge sharing by creating structured opportunities for staff to exchange expertise, highlight innovative practices, and build shared understanding across teams. The conference will model the museum’s commitments to equity, accessibility, inclusion, collaboration, and continuous learning in both its planning process and its participant experience. 

Goals of the conference are to:

• Strengthen cross-department understanding
• Support continuous learning & improvement
• Center equity, accessibility & inclusion
• Design with staff voice at the center
