Bigger than a Building: Celebrating a Team that will Inspire the Future

Elyse has many years' experience leading museum-wide trainings for staff in departments across the museum, including New Staff Orientation, Powerful Interactions, Reggio Emilia, and educational best practices. Training often highlights how to use educational frameworks and best practices within a museum setting and emphasizes that every staff member has an opportunity to uplift and enhance the everyday experiences and interactions we have with our constituents. Self-reflective practices are always a core component of the training she leads, and similar techniques and practices will be incorporated into this training. Elyse looks forward to partnering with colleagues across the museum to intentionally reflect and identify ways they can connect with our visitors and meaningful interactions during their visit.
