About me
Lydia brings training expertise from her tenure at The Boys and Girls Clubs of Greater Cincinnati and The Children’s Museum of Indianapolis. During her time at BGCGC, Lydia completed a year-long course to become a certified Trauma-Informed Care Trainer for the organization. She developed and led trainings and workshops for individual Club teams and the entire organization. Now at The Children’s Museum of Indianapolis, Lydia creates and implements training processes for staff and volunteers daily. She and Elyse often collaborate and co-lead museum-wide trainings for multiple departments and external educators, including New Staff Orientation and Powerful Interactions. Lydia always aims to curate a training experience that is interactive, informative, and ready-to-implement.
